March's Flower: Daffodils and Jonquils

The month of March can be a rough month when it comes to weather, and these flowers are just the trick to brighten up any day.  Usually associated with spring, they are a taste of what beautiful blooming flowers are to come.  Their cheery colors can make even the grayest of days happier, so if you are planning a wedding day in March, and you can't rely on the weather, you can rely on the happiness that daffodils and jonquils bring. Referring again to our trusty guide, meaning-of-flowers.com, the daffodil means unrequited love, and the jonquil means affection returned, so even though their meanings may be a bit contradictory to one another, their looks are very similar.
